Terms and conditions

Last updated: October 21, 2026

1. Who we are

Tonazo is a web platform that publishes an agenda of nightlife and entertainment events in Peru. In these terms, “Tonazo”, “we” or “the platform” refer to the owner of the site, whose identification details (legal name, RUC taxpayer number and registered address) will be completed before launch.

2. Acceptance

By using Tonazo you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update them; we will publish the date of the latest version and, if the change is significant, we will notify you by email or on the site.

3. Accounts

You need an account to save events, follow organizers or publish events. You must be at least 18 years old, provide truthful information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

You can delete your account at any time from “My account”.

4. What Tonazo publishes

The information for each event (date, venue, price, line-up, minimum age, tickets) is provided by its organizer. Companies are reviewed before they can publish; events are published instantly and Tonazo may hide them afterwards if they break these rules, stating the reason.

Tonazo does not sell tickets or organize events. Ticket purchases and the relationship with the organizer or the venue are their responsibility, in accordance with the Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Código de Protección y Defensa del Consumidor, Law No. 29571).

5. Organizers

Anyone who publishes events declares that they have the right to do so, that the information is true, that they hold the licenses and permits required by law (including municipal and Civil Defense permits), and that they comply with age restrictions on the sale of alcohol.

The images and texts you upload remain yours; you give us permission to display them and translate them automatically on Tonazo while they are published.

The free plan has usage limits, which we show in the dashboard.

6. Permitted use

It is not permitted to publish content that is false, illegal, discriminatory or that infringes the rights of third parties, nor to attempt to breach the site's security, extract data in bulk or use the platform to send spam.

We may hide content or suspend accounts that breach these terms, stating the reason.

7. Liability

Tonazo is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the published events, from the information provided by organizers or from service interruptions.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute shall be submitted to the judges and courts of Lima, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by consumer protection regulations.
