Content policy

Last updated: October 25, 2026

1. What it is for

This policy applies to everything published on Tonazo: company posts, crowd photos (“My moments”), company and personal profiles. You accept it once before you first publish, and again when it changes.

2. What you can publish

Content about events, venues and nightlife: flyers, photos and texts that are yours or that you may use. Approved companies publish instantly; crowd photos only of events you marked “I went”, up to 7 days later and up to 10 per event.

3. What is not allowed

Nudity or sexual content; violence, weapons or drug use shown in an appealing way; harassment, hate or discrimination; scams, false information or fake events; spam; impersonating another person or company; other people's personal data; content that infringes copyright or image rights.

4. People in photos and minors

Only publish photos of people who agree. Never show minors at adults-only events or in an inappropriate context: a single “possible minor” report hides the content until we review it.

5. How we moderate

Crowd photos are reviewed before they're published (“Under review”). What approved companies publish goes live instantly and we review it when someone reports it: if three different people report it, we hide it until reviewed.

Every decision has a reason and is recorded. If we hide, delete or show your content again, we email you with the reason. An event's organizer can hide crowd photos of their event.

6. Reporting and asking for a review

Use “Report” on a post, a photo or a profile. Each person can report something only once and there's a daily limit. If you think we got your content wrong, write to us from the contact page and we'll review it again.

7. Copyright

If something on Tonazo uses your work without permission, use the “Copyright” form in the footer. We review each request and, where appropriate, remove the content and tell whoever published it.

8. Consequences

Depending on how serious it is, we hide or delete the content, and we may suspend the company or the account. When you delete your account, we delete your photos (from our storage too) and your activity.
